Terms of Service

This store (order.chefnic.com) is operated by Chef-Nic Catering LLC, doing business as Chef-NIC & Co. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Pickup Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars, and Texas sales tax is added where it applies. Items are made to order and offered while supplies last. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item sells out or a price is listed in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Allergens and food safety

Our kitchen handles common allergens, such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and fish. We can't guarantee any item is free of allergens. Please tell us about allergies in the order notes. Prepared food should be refrigerated promptly and reheated following our reheating instructions. Once an order is picked up, safe storage and handling are the customer's responsibility.

Photos and descriptions

We describe and photograph our food as accurately as we can. Because everything is handmade, presentation can vary.

Payments

Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
