Pickup Policy

We do not ship or deliver online orders. All online orders are for local pickup only.

• Pickup location: Chef-NIC & Co., 6065 Sports Village Rd, Suite 700, Frisco, TX 75033
• Pickup hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Closed Sundays. Holiday menu pickups are 9:00 am–7:00 pm on the dates shown at checkout.
• Lead time: most items need at least 7 days' notice. Holiday items are taken until sold out.
• Choosing your pickup time: select your pickup date and one-hour window at checkout. We'll have your order ready at the start of that window.
• Pickup cost: free.
